Bringing your history over
Got your export? TV Time’s data download was a ZIP containing tracking-prod-records-v2.csv (your shows) and your movies. Drop the whole ZIP into Settings → Import, unchanged. We match every show and film to our catalogue and rebuild your diary season by season. Large histories import in the background — you can close the tab.
Didn’t export in time? We can’t recover it — TV Time deleted account data when it closed. But if you also logged on Trakt, Letterboxd or IMDb, import those; and marking a show’s seasons as watched takes a couple of clicks, so rebuilding the shows you remember is quicker than it sounds.
